Judge approves Wal-Mart class-action case

Judge approves Wal-Mart class-action case:
"A federal judge on Tuesday approved class-action status for a sex-discrimination lawsuit against Wal-Mart Stores Inc. that has become the largest private civil rights case in U.S. history."

After the ruling limiting suits against HMOs on the state level, this is welcome news. Hopefully, our corrupt SCOTUS won't reverse this decision as well.

Hostage Beheaded

Iraqi militants reportedly behead Korean

An Iraqi militant group has beheaded its South Korean hostage, Al-Jazeera television reported Tuesday.

Update: From the Washington Post:
The videotape of Kim, apparently made shortly before his death, showed him kneeling, blindfolded and wearing an orange jumpsuit similar to those issued to prisoners at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.

If you have any doubt that the beheadings are partly in response to the tortures at Guantanamo Bay and Abu Ghraib then I think you need to supply a urinalysis, 'couse you've gots to be high......
